'Hatch's Hidden Stock' terms & conditions

Prizes: Five individual prizes of a $50 Hatch top-up each to be awarded separately

  1. Any Competition Entrant (Entrant) who successfully finds the hidden Hatch stock and saves the hidden Hatch stock on any of their own Hatch account Watchlists at the time of competition close at midday 19th Dec 2025 will automatically be entered into the draw to win one of four $50 NZD Hatch top-up prizes (Competition). 
  2. The prize draw for entry into the Competition is for four $50 NZD Hatch top-ups (Prize). 
  3. The total value of prizes in the Competition is $250 NZD to be awarded separately to five winners.
  4. Each Entrant who has the hidden stock saved to any of their watchlists at the time of competition close at midday 19th Dec 2025 will only be entered into the draw once.
  5. If the hidden Hatch stock has been removed before the close of the competition the Entrant will no longer be in the draw. 
  6. Winners of the Competition (Winners) will be randomly selected by Hatch, from the list of entrants who have the hidden Hatch stock saved on their watchlists at the time of the close of the competition after midday 19th Dec 2025 from the people who enter the Competition in accordance with clauses 1-5. 
  7. Hatch will use reasonable endeavours to contact the Winners by the email addresses attached to their Hatch Account. By nature of the competition mechanism, Entrants are not anonymous. Email addresses are treated in accordance with our Hatch Privacy Statement and the Privacy Act 2020. Email addresses will not be shared with or sold to any third party and are only used so that we can identify you, communicate with you, and provide you with information relevant to your needs and our products and services.
  8. Each Winner must:
    1. have a verified Hatch account, in accordance with our rules of engagement, by midday 19th Dec 2025 to receive their Prize, or the prize will be forfeited (and will not be redrawn).
    2. Provide a valid email address
  9. The Prize must be kept in the Winner’s Hatch account for at least six months from the date it is deposited. The Prize must be used to purchase securities through Hatch and the value of the Prize will not be able to be withdrawn from the Winner’s account until it has been used to purchase securities. 
  10. Any decision by Hatch on any matter relating to the Competition will be final. Hatch reserves the right to amend these terms (including the eligibility criteria), or suspend or cancel the Competition.
  11. Hatch, Invest Direct, FNZ and Jarden directors, employees and contractors, and their spouses, partners and dependents are not eligible to enter the Competition.
